Property condition assessment

Secured by the owner, broker, or agent to inspect and evaluate the condition of an existing building or structure
Associated with the buying or selling of an existing property or building

Cover monthly draw requests submitted by the borrower for project funding
Perform on-site inspections, photo document the condition of the project, interview the project principles when necessary, etc.
Write reports about each line item of the monthly draw for accuracy and honesty
